Exhibitor rules
1. Access and setup
Exhibitors may access the venue for setup from 08:00 to 09:45. All booths must be fully set up and ready before 09:45. Late arrivals may be refused entry. Dismantling is only allowed after the event closes at 16:00. If this is not followed, a €450 fine may be charged.
2. Booth setup
Exhibitors must remain within their assigned space. Displaying items outside the indicated boundaries is not allowed. Keep your booth tidy and attractive.
3. Products and services
Only products and services registered in advance may be sold or promoted. Selling illegal or counterfeit goods is prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate removal from the event.
4. Liability
The organization is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of exhibitors’ property. Please arrange proper insurance and keep an eye on your belongings. If rules are violated, the organization may remove an exhibitor without refund.
5. Safety and cleanliness
Keep your booth area clean and use the available waste bins. Flammable materials or equipment may not be used without permission from the organization. A fine of €150 may be issued if this rule is not followed.
6. Behaviour and cooperation
Treat other exhibitors, visitors and staff with respect. Causing nuisance, such as loud music or shouting, is not allowed.
7. Theft and fraud
Theft is not tolerated. In case of theft or fraud, a police report will be filed and you may be excluded from this and future events.
8. Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel your reservation. Up to two months before the fair, 10% of the total table costs may be charged. Between two months and 14 days before the fair, 40% may be charged. Within 14 days before the fair, 75% or the full amount may be charged. If unforeseen circumstances outside our control prevent the event from taking place, such as a fire in the building, 20% will be refunded and 80% will be retained to limit financial damage. Exhibitors who do not show up without prior notice may be excluded from future events.
9. Emergencies
In case of emergency, follow the instructions of staff and security.
10. Agreement
By participating in the event or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
