Dutch TCG Events organizes TCG events and sells event-related products and tickets through this website. For privacy questions, email info@dutchtcgevents.nl.
2. Which data do we process?
When you contact us, place an order, sign up for updates or use our website, we may process data such as your name, email address, phone number, address details, company name, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number, order details, invoice details and the content of your message.
3. Why do we use this data?
We use personal data to answer contact requests, process orders and payments, generate invoices, arrange access to events or products, provide customer service and send Dutch TCG Events updates when requested.
4. Payments and external services
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe processes payment data to complete the payment securely. Ticket sales may use Weeztix; when you order via Weeztix, Weeztix terms and privacy rules also apply.
5. Retention periods
We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Administrative and tax data, such as invoices and order records, are kept for as long as legally required.
6. Sharing data
We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with parties needed to provide our services, such as payment providers, ticketing partners, hosting, administration and email processing.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
